Introduction: Welcome to a New Way to Grocery Shop

Trying out grocery delivery for the first time can feel like a leap. Will everything be right? Will your items show up fresh? What if you forget something?

Don’t worry—I’m here to make the process simple, personal, and stress-free.

Whether you’re switching from in-store shopping or moving away from apps like Instacart, here’s how to make your first delivery with me feel smooth, thoughtful, and tailored to your needs.

1. Choose the Store(s) You Prefer

Unlike apps that restrict where you can shop, I’ll go to any store you choose—whether it’s:

  • Stater Bros., Trader Joe’s, or Costco

  • Sprouts, Whole Foods, Target, or Walmart

  • A local or specialty grocer you trust

Let me know your store of choice up front and I’ll shop there exclusively—or combine stores if needed and feasible.

2. Reach Out by Call, Text, or Email (Not DM)

I keep communication direct and personal. You can:

  • Text or call me with your list or questions

  • Email a typed-out list or a photo of a handwritten one

  • Let me know if you’re still deciding and want to reserve a time

💡 I won’t spam you—and I always respect your privacy. You’ll only hear from me when it’s about your order (unless you request otherwise).

3. Be Clear About Preferences (But Don’t Stress)

You’re welcome to send detailed notes like:

  • “Green bananas only”

  • “No dented cans”

  • “This brand or skip it”

Or just tell me what matters most (e.g., price, freshness, brands). I’ll shop with care either way—and you can always refine things after your first order.

4. Prepare to Meet In Person for Your First Delivery

For your first delivery, I require an in-person handoff—it builds trust and lets me confirm everything looks right.

After that, I offer contactless drop-off and stored card options if that’s easier.

I accept:

  • Tap-to-pay (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.)

  • Zelle

  • Card-on-file with prior approval

Your final total is based on your actual groceries. Payment is processed in person upon delivery.

5. Need Something Last-Minute? Just Ask

While I encourage planning ahead for best results, I do offer same-day delivery when available—usually within 90–120 minutes depending on current orders.

If you’re unsure, you can reach out early to let me know you may need an order, and send the final list closer to when you’re ready.

Local to Rancho Cucamonga? Let’s Make Shopping Easier

Not Local? Here’s How to Make Grocery Delivery Work Better for You

  • Choose a service that lets you shop from your preferred store

  • Give feedback early and clearly—it helps your shopper improve

  • Don’t be afraid to send photos of specific products you like

  • Plan meals ahead and build your list around them

  • Avoid last-minute rushes if possible

And remember: the more consistent your process, the better results you’ll get.

Final Thoughts: Your First Delivery Is Just the Beginning
